Hi there! I'm trying to place a gif animated banner (through placing a 'Banner' into a slot with *.gif img plugin accordingly), but it appears to show up on IE, Opera, even QtWeb (available at the moment) browsers but weirdly doesn't show up on Chrome. Now I'm not 100% sure if I got it right, so what's the right way to place a gif animated banner with an external link ? Or maybe 'Raw HTML' should be used for such purposes ?

Hello Jonnyali, Banners can handle animated gif files, I'm not sure why it's not showing up for you on Chrome, as I've tested it out on the latest version of Zenario 7.0.2. Could you tell me what version of the CMS you're using, and also the version of Chrome? Also if possible a link to your website.

Hi there Jonnyali I'm not sure but it could be the CMS is trying to resize the GIF, which would break the animation. Could you please check the settings of the Banner and make sure that the "Canvas Size" is set to "unlimited"? This will disable any resizing. By the way, is it possible for us to see this, or is your site private?
