 Hi BillMeyer. The menu with columns we have on zenar.io website is set with the 'Menu with multi-column dropdown' module. This module should be available for you.

Make sure you are running this module, otherwise you won't be able to use it on your layouts. To do this just go Organizer > Modules and check if the module is running (as per screenshot).
