Zenario 9.6 will need PHP 8.1

Zenario 9.6 will require PHP version 8.1 or later.

Please see https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php which shows PHP versions up until 8.0 are now "red" and so at end of life, and no longer supported.

Zenario 9.6 will require at least PHP 8.1, and ideally PHP 8.2 or 8.3.
