Zenario 7.0.5c bug fixes

• Gridmaker now works on a server with the Suhosin extension running.
• The "Your work in progress" drop-down in Organizer now opens correctly.
• Updated the section in the README_INSTALL.md file on making the template files writable.
• You can now install Zenario on a server that does not have a copy of the old MySQL library functions. (Zenario actually requires the new MySQLi library functions.)
