You can now re-brand Zenario by changing the icon administrators click to log in, and the logo on the admin login screen.
An improved Documents panel in Organizer makes it easier to see a document's info and public/private status. You can now update an existing document on your site with a new file, keeping the existing metadata if needed.
If a document is public, you can now link to it from a WYSIWYG editor.
You can now show file size and date uploaded on your website when using a document container. Documents can now show a title on the front-end that can be manually entered/changed.
We've added a new option for additional security on administrator logins.
In order to log into admin mode for the first time, an administrator must enter a code that is sent to their email address. If they access the website from a new computer or a new browser they will need to enter another code.
There is also the option to force administrators to enter a new code when they access the website from a different IP address, and to force them to regularly enter a new code (e.g. once a month).
You can now control the length of time that administrators and extranet users stay logged in for after they visit your site; i.e. if they do not visit the site for the time specified they will be logged out.
You can also control the length of time that the cookie consent, "remember me" and "Log me in automatically" options last.
If your site uses multiple subdomains, administrators and extranet users can now login across all of the subdomains without having to log in to each one in turn.
You can now limit the number of administrators that can be created on any given site by editing a number in a site's description file. (This limit excludes multi-site administrators.)
You can also limit the number of languages that can be created, e.g. you can set a limit of one to limit a site to only one language.
You can flag that an administrator should be shown the video help tour when they next log in.
We've added help videos in Organizer, which you can see by clicking a blue Help button. We plan to update these videos periodically.
This adds a button to show your website in full-screen mode.
This creates a timed countdown to a day or event on your website.
When importing user records back into the system you can now choose whether to merge, overwrite or not update any records.
We've improved the format of the spreadsheets we generate. They're easier to read, and the cells we expect you to edit are now highlighted in a different colour.
This will be the last release of the CMS under our current versioning scheme.
Our current scheme used version numbers such as 7.0.7a, where the first and second numbers were the major version, the third number was the minor version, and the letter at the end was the patch version.
The release after this will be version 7.1, and we will be switching to the Semantic Versioning scheme.
Semantic Versioning uses version numbers such as 7.1.0, where the first number is the major version, the second number is the minor version, and the third number is the patch version.
Our reason for switching is that Semantic Versioning is more commonly used, and people are more familiar with it.
