Hi there
I can't give you any specific advice without being able to see your site - is there a URL you could show us..?
I can offer some general tips though!
Usually what we do is set up two menu plugins. We use the Menu (Horizontal) for desktop, and the Menu (Responsive Multilevel v2) for mobile.
We wouldn't want to show both plugins at once, so we go into Grid Maker and set one slot to only show on desktop, and the other slot to only show on mobile.
(Note that if a slot is set to only show on desktop, then it won't be visible on mobile. I wonder if that's the problem you have here..?)
You may need to make some adjustments to the CSS yourself after this, but following the above steps will get you most of the way there.
Chris, can you give me a e-mail address where I can send you the URL? I would rather not post the URL here.
Problem Solved.
Based on what you told me I went and check out the Responsive Menu Module. For some reason the Starting level was set as Menu Level 2. I changed it to Menu Level 1 and the menu now shows up.
Thank you very much for your help.
I have a site set up. The menu system works well on a PC but when I use a mobile device, the menu does not appear. I checked the html source and there are no entries under Mobile_Menu. What do I need to do to make the menu items shows up? Thank you.
