Array/Object Functions

These functions can help you manage arrays, fetch remote content and read XML files.

Calling Array/Object Functions

You can use syntax of the form:

functionName()

to call these functions in your PHP code.

arrayKey()

ze\ray::value()

A drop-in replacement for accessing a variable from an array, which will not issue a php warning if the variable is not set.

arrayValuesToKeys()

Name in Zenario 8

ze\ray::valuesToKeys()

This reads the values from an array, and creates a new array with the values from the first array as keys, and all the values as true. This is useful for some TUIX properties that need to be in this format.

curl()

ze\curl::fetch()

Fetches the contents of a URL by CURL. A wrapper function to the curl_exec() PHP function.

engToBooleanArray()

Name in Zenario 8

ze\ray::engToBooleanArray()

A shortcut function to writing engToBoolean(arrayKey(...)).

explodeAndTrim()

Name in Zenario 8

ze\ray::explodeAndTrim()

Given a string, this function explodes it and then trims all of the values.

It then returns an array of all the non-empty values.
